Yes. We supply products from approved manufacturers, and we provide the certificate of origin, certificate of conformity and — where the product class requires it — the SFDA medical device registration details with the consignment.

Consumables are normally supplied by the box or carton, and equipment by the unit. There is no fixed establishment-wide minimum — send us your list and we will quote against it.

Items held in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Indent items brought in against your order depend on the manufacturer's lead time, which we state on the quotation before you commit.

Yes. Every consignment of consumables and reagents is documented with its batch number and expiry date, and we do not supply stock with a remaining shelf life shorter than what was agreed on the purchase order.

Medical and laboratory equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register in your name at handover. We handle warranty claims on your behalf and supply genuine spare parts after the warranty period.

Yes. We quote against tenders and framework agreements and can provide the commercial registration, VAT certificate, bank details and any compliance documents the procurement process requires.
