Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
1. Definitions
"the Establishment" means Proper Medical Care - Ahmed Hamdy, an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 7052442535 and VAT number 311314292600003, trading in medical supplies, laboratory consumables and medical devices. "the Services" means this website and the supply and services connected with it. "the Customer" means any person or entity dealing with the Establishment.
2. Purpose of this site
This site presents the Establishment, its products and services, and receives requests for quotation. Content shown does not constitute a binding offer to sell, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Prices, specifications and lead times are fixed only in a written quotation issued by the Establishment.
3. Quotations and orders
A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it. A purchase order issued by the Customer constitutes acceptance of that quotation's terms. Orders are subject to stock availability and manufacturer lead times; the Customer is notified of any material change before fulfilment.
4. Products and conformity
The Establishment supplies products from approved manufacturers and provides the applicable certificates of origin and conformity and registration details with the competent authorities. The Customer undertakes to use products for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and to provide appropriate storage conditions.
5. Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for its stated period and on its stated terms, registered in the Customer's name at handover. Warranty does not cover misuse, modification, repair by an unauthorised party, or damage caused by operating conditions outside specification.
6. Returns and exchanges
Items that do not match the order, or that are defective on delivery, may be returned provided notice is given within the agreed period and the item remains in its original packaging. Sterile consumables cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, for safety reasons.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to the Establishment and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For details see our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The Establishment is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right the Customer has under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities of the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
